There are three ways to apply for a deposit return guarantee. Please choose a convenient method between visiting a branch office or a consignment bank, mobile application, and mobile guarantee application.

A. Access the Internet Guarantee website of the Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation → Login → Customer Information → Customer Status Menu to print out the warranty and terms.
Q. I want to apply for a mobile lease deposit return guarantee (Naver, Kakao Pay, KB Kookmin Card), but I can’t find my home address.
A. If the address of the destination you want to apply for is not inquired, please apply non-face-to-face at the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation’s Internet Guarantee, or apply for a visit to the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation’s business branch and consignment bank. However, you can apply for apartments, residential officetels, and multi-family housing (if there is an official price).
